Shipping Guidelines

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment verification.

TeaNOURISH.in will contact you via email if there is/are any issue/s with your order.

We usually deliver within 6 to 9 working days of placing of the order.

All our prices are inclusive of taxes so you do not have to worry about any extra/hidden cost.

Cancellation policy & Return Policy

You can cancel an order until it has been shipped. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 15-21 days from the time of order cancellation.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 15 days of your purchase. Please write to us at care@TeaNOURISH.com giving details of your purchase and reason for return.

Return of products that are opened/not in their original packaging will not be accepted.

Any product which is purchased through special sales promotion, discounts, clearance sales are final sales, and therefore are not eligible for return.
